Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were incredibly basic but cosy with a big comfy bed, larger than expected for the price range, and adequate for our needs. The service was very nice and helpful, with the staff waiting for our arrival and even lending a charger when needed. The location was convenient, close to many points of interest, the main tram routes, and in a quiet square. The dining experience, including available udon, stood out and added value to the stay. Overall, my stay was pleasant with minor noise disruptions and a basic room setup.
The hotel is conveniently located for public transport and offers spacious rooms, albeit slightly hidden above the lounge. The service was friendly and helpful but noisy at times. The location is excellent for walks and exploring the city with helpful and friendly staff nearby. The dining options were satisfactory, included in the price, but with limited choices before 8 am. Overall, a good value for money option in the freezing winter season.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms had a nice style, like a lovely den, and were clean, tidy, and comfortable. However, it was a little tight to get around, and the lift door was noisy at night. The service was a mix - the staff interrupted us to fix the door, but they were very friendly and even lent me their own phone charger when I broke mine. The location was excellent, just outside the central area, within walking distance of the Museum and theater area, and very close to the tram for exploring further. The dining options were good, but it would have been better if breakfast was available before 8 am. The hotel offered homemade pastries which were enjoyable. I didn't have much to say about the facilities, but overall, it was a nice stay.
The hotel has some mixed aspects: the rooms look nice but are really wet and dirty, and they are situated right next to the manager's office. The service, on the other hand, was noisy at times but was overall great, and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location offers proximity to public transport and attractions, but there is nowhere to put anything even a toothbrush. The dining experience had some issues, despite cream cakes being available. Overall, there are positives and negatives to consider.
